      Aurora has a number of training packages tailored for the AVIC Network including:-

Customer service in 10 simple steps: In this one-day, 10-step course you will learn skills to change circumstances from a totally unreasonable situation to a happily satisfied experience.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Designed to assist staff in their day to day activities, this course will help achieve happy and friendly workplaces and effective and efficient customer service.

Volunteer Training: The course, specifically developed for AVIC volunteers, can be run for a half day, full day or over a two-day period.

Each training program is individually designed to meet the needs of the participants, as needs can vary significantly between organisations.
