Aurora has qualified Workplace Trainers, Assessors and Human Resource personnel on staff to assist businesses and organisations with varying training and employment-related tasks.

We also have skilled trainers in plant and machinery training. We have delivered targeted training to long term unemployed and disadvantaged groups across western NSW. Aurora has developed training specific to regional local government agencies, building and mining industries, and tourism bodies.

We can provide training in Human Resource Practice, on-site analysis and audits, staff appraisals and development, skills audits, staff induction procedures as well as training in Occupational Health & Safety Awareness or Procedure Implementation.
